Terms of Service

These terms apply to Path to Flow at pathtoflowhq.com (the “site”) and everything on it: the directory, the articles, the job board and the submission forms. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

“We”, “us” and “our” mean the team that operates Path to Flow. “You” means anyone who visits the site or submits something to it.

Listings, articles and editor's picks are our editorial opinion and the information we had at the time of publishing. We don't endorse or guarantee any company, product, person or job that appears on the site, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a listed business.

Do your own due diligence before you hire someone, buy something or apply for a role you found here.

You can submit an app, agency, freelancer profile, job or site through the forms on the site. When you do, you confirm that:

• the information is accurate, current and not misleading;
• you have the right to share it, including any logos, screenshots or trademarks you include;
• it isn't spam, a duplicate, or an attempt to list something that doesn't exist.

By submitting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, shorten, format and display what you sent, on the site and in our newsletter and social posts about the site. We review every submission by hand and may decline, edit, re-categorise or remove any listing at any time, without notice and without giving a reason. We have no obligation to publish anything.

Some placements on the site are paid or featured, and are labelled as such. Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you click one and then buy or sign up, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Neither sponsorship nor affiliate relationships change what we write about a product or whether it gets listed.

The site links out to many websites we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave pathtoflowhq.com; we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

The site's design, text, articles and the compilation of the directory belong to us or our licensors. Logos, product names and trademarks shown in listings belong to their owners and appear only to identify the listed business.

You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, scrape or republish the directory data in bulk, or present the site's content as your own.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's rights;
• interfere with the site, try to get around its security, or overload it;
• use bots, crawlers or scripts to extract the directory in bulk;
• submit false, misleading or defamatory listings;
• harvest or misuse the contact details of people listed on the site.

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we don't promise either: listings go stale, prices change, companies close, and services have outages. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including lost profits, lost data or lost business) arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything published on it. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of Path to Flow is established, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can't be overridden.
