Privacy Policy

Path to Flow collects very little. If you subscribe to the newsletter or ask to be notified about an app, we keep your email address. If you submit a listing, we keep your name (optional), your email and the details you typed. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. We don't sell or rent anyone's data.

• Newsletter signup. Your email address and which form you used. We use it to send you the newsletter.
• “Notify me” on a coming-soon app. Your email address and the app you asked about. We use it to tell you when that app launches.
• Submissions. Your name (optional), your email (required, so we can follow up) and the listing details you enter: names, URLs, descriptions, categories and the like. We use it to review, follow up on and publish the listing. Listing details are, by design, meant to be published; your email is not.
• Server logs. Like every website, requests to the site are logged by our hosting provider: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and when. We use these to keep the site secure and running.

As of the date above, the site sets no cookies of its own and loads no advertising, analytics or social-media trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, and images from our content platform's CDN.

If we add analytics or embedded third-party content in future, we'll update this section before it goes live.

Two services process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments:

• Sanity, our content platform, which stores listings, articles, form submissions and the newsletter list.
• Vercel, which hosts and serves the site and keeps the server logs.

If we move the newsletter list to a dedicated email service, that service will process your email address on our behalf and we'll name it here. Data may be stored and processed in the United States.

• Newsletter and notify-me emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
• Submissions: for as long as the listing is live or under review, plus a reasonable period for our records.
• Server logs: for the short period our hosting provider retains them.

We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers above, when the law requires it, or when it's necessary to protect the site and the people who use it.

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose, and you can withdraw consent to the newsletter at any time. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may give you further rights; we honour those too.

To make a request, use the contact route in the last section. We answer within a reasonable time and may need to confirm it's really you.

The site is for working professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data; if you think we have, tell us and we'll delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold, and we keep what we hold to a minimum. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version; if a change is significant we'll say so on the site.
