CodeorNoCode is based in Kaunas, Lithuania, and was started in 2020 by the founders of two agencies: Idea Link, a no-code agency, and Bright Projects, a software development agency. The site began as a review and comparison platform for no-code tools, with each review co-written by agency founders. On the services side, the team takes a hybrid approach to Webflow development, combining no-code builds with custom code when a project needs functionality beyond what Webflow does natively. They work across industries, from early stage startups to established enterprises.
